When do you deliver?

We deliver Monday to Friday between 8.00am - 5.30pm. We will make contact via email or the phone number you provide 1 day prior to delivery. We accept weekend deliveries on ad ad-hoc basis. please contact us at info@greenvisionplanters.com.au to arrange.

What if no one is home at delivery?

Ideally, we would like delivery to be when someone is available to bring the plant(s) straight in away from outside elements. Please let us know in the comments section at checkout should there be a specific suitable day or a safe location to place your plant(s) in.

We will en-devour to find a suitable, safe and secure spot for your plant(s) delivery, however should we not find an appropriate location we may return the plant to the Green Vision Planters warehouse and you may be charged a $10 re-delivery fee.

Oops.. I supplied the wrong delivery address

Please contact us immediately. If your order has not been dispatched, we can update your delivery details with no issue. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Should we deliver to incorrectly supplied details, your order will not be refunded or replaced. Should attempted delivery fail due to incorrect data, we may return your plant to Green Vision Planters warehouse and you may be charged a $10 fee prior to re-delivery.

I changed my mind

If you have changed your mind and your order has not been dispatched, please contact us immediately and we can amend/ exchange or refund. We do not offer returns, exchanges or change of mind on any plant(s) once delivered.
